Olatunji Abdulrazaq is an internationally recognised tax, transfer pricing and business advisory professional with over two decades of experience helping multinational enterprises, investors, financial institutions, family businesses and high-growth companies navigate complex tax, regulatory and cross-border business challenges across Nigeria and Africa.
He is the Founder of Taxmobile.Online, one of Africa’s emerging digital tax knowledge platforms, and the Managing Partner/CEO of AOA Professional Services, where he advises clients on tax strategy, international taxation, transfer pricing, regulatory compliance, business restructuring, investment structuring and tax risk management.
Prior to founding AOA Professional Services, Olatunji served as Director, Tax & Regulatory Services at Nolands Nigeria Professional Services, Senior Manager – Tax, Regulatory & Advisory Services at Saffron Professional Services, Tax and Fiscal Reporting Accountant at Schlumberger Nigeria Limited, and commenced his professional career with Ernst & Young as an Audit Trainee.
Throughout his career, Olatunji has advised multinational corporations, indigenous companies, government institutions, development organisations and private investors on some of the most complex tax and regulatory issues affecting businesses in Nigeria and across Africa. His experience covers international taxation, transfer pricing, corporate taxation, value added tax (VAT), tax controversy, tax policy, tax administration, regulatory advisory, arbitration, forensic investigations, due diligence, internal audit, internal controls, governance and business restructuring.
Olatunji is widely recognised for his expertise in transfer pricing, OECD BEPS implementation, digital taxation, taxation of intellectual property, multinational enterprise taxation, permanent establishment, cross-border transactions, tax technology and international tax policy. His recent work has focused extensively on Nigeria’s 2025 tax reforms, global minimum taxation, exchange of information, digital economy taxation, AfCFTA tax implications, tax implications of family office structures, trusts, investment incentives and the evolving African tax landscape.
A respected thought leader, Olatunji regularly provides strategic insights on emerging tax legislation and regulatory developments, translating complex technical issues into practical business solutions that enable organisations to manage tax risk, optimise investment structures, maintain regulatory compliance and achieve sustainable growth.

Olatunji holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting from the University of Ado-Ekiti(Now Ekiti State University), an Advanced Diploma in Transfer Pricing from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, California, USA, and a Certificate in International Financial Reporting from ACCA.
He is a member of several professional organisations, including the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (Associate Member), the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA, UK), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the Chartered Institute of Administration, the Australian Tax Institute and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Taofiq Olanrewaju Musa leads Product and Technology at Taxmobile.Online, where he is responsible for shaping the platform’s product vision, technology strategy and digital innovation. He drives the design and delivery of intelligent digital experiences that support Taxmobile.Online’s mission of advancing tax knowledge, simplifying compliance and building Africa’s leading tax intelligence ecosystem.
Working across product management, technology operations and AI strategy, Taofiq oversees the development of scalable platforms, digital products and operational systems that enable seamless experiences for taxpayers, tax professionals and enterprise users. His work spans product strategy, user experience, business process optimisation, platform architecture, AI integration and digital transformation.
Taofiq holds an MBA from Nexford University, Washington, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity Leadership. He also holds a first-degree distinction in Mass Communication with focus on Digital Journalism and Public Relations.
Passionate about the intersection of business, technology and artificial intelligence, Taofiq believes technology should not merely automate work but fundamentally redesign how people, knowledge and organisations operate. His current focus is on building intelligent, AI-enabled products that create measurable value, improve decision-making and accelerate digital transformation across Africa’s tax ecosystem.

Jeremiah is a trained journalist with over 4 years of journalistic and editorial experience. He has sat on the Editorial Board of three different community publications in Lagos, Nigeria.
During his undergraduate days in Lagos, he alongside other professional colleagues launched the first ever online news magazine campus publication; www.aje.com.
Jeremiah has over the years obtained different professional certifications top of which is from the prestigious Thompson in the United Kingdom.
He also graduated from the defunct Lagos State Polytechnic now Lagos State University of Technology as the Best Graduating Student from the Faculty of Communications & Liberal Studies.
